The building process is variable, but usually takes around 12 months. It can be dependent on the size of home, selections of the home characterisitcs, availability of materials, permits, weather, and neighborhood HOA approvals.

We can look at the land two different ways. The first way is done using GIS, which is available online, and shows the topography of the land. The second way is to do an on-site walk through. Both of these ways can tell us what kind of house can be put on the land. 

Many things can affect the this cost such as material selection, the footprint of the home, topography of the land, style of the home, roof structure, septic and sewer, driveway length & design, and foundation type (basement / slab / crawlspace).
