Mini-Builders Day – Parental Consent & Liability Waiver

Thank you for joining us at Mini-Builders Day, a free community event celebrating creativity, learning, and hands-on fun for kids! To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, we ask that all parents or legal guardians complete and sign the waiver below before participation.

Waiver of Liability and Consent

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby give permission for my child(ren) to participate in the Mini-Builders Day event. I understand that this event is supervised by volunteers and staff and is designed with safety in mind, but participation may involve inherent risks.

By signing below, I agree to the following:

• I voluntarily release and hold harmless the organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and venue hosts of Mini-Builders Day from any liability, claims, or demands of any kind arising out of or related to any injury, illness, or loss that may occur during the event.

• I acknowledge that I am responsible for supervising my child(ren) or assigning another responsible adult to do so during the event.

• I grant permission for event organizers to take photos/videos of the event that may include my child(ren), which may be used for promotional or informational purposes unless I notify the event organizers in writing otherwise.
