We know remodeling can feel overwhelming, but we’re here to make the process simple, transparent, and exciting. From the first estimate to the final walkthrough, our goal is to guide you every step of the way, keeping you informed, involved, and confident.
Here’s how it works when you remodel with us:
Step 1: Meet with Our Estimator
Your remodel journey starts with a personal visit from our estimator. They’ll walk through your space, listen to your ideas, and answer all your questions. This ensures we fully understand your goals so we can create the perfect plan for your home.
Step 2: Proposal Creation
After your visit, our estimator creates a detailed proposal in our client portal, Buildertrend. This proposal clearly outlines the overall project cost, and you’ll be able to access it directly from your email. You’ll receive an email notification when it’s ready so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.
Step 3: Proposal Acceptance
Once you’ve reviewed your proposal and everything looks perfect, approve it by clicking the approval button within the proposal. This lets us know you’re ready to move forward with the project.
Step 4: Pre-Construction Walkthrough
After the proposal is approved, the Project Manager will call you to set up a time for a full walkthrough before construction begins. This gives you a chance to meet them and ensures everything is covered and clear before work starts.
Step 5: Deposit
A deposit is collected to secure your project on our schedule, which ensures that materials and labor are reserved for your remodel.
Step 6: Materials & Selections
We’ll provide you with a list of items that need to be chosen for your project, along with allowances based on the estimate you approved. You can select these items from any retail or online store, or explore our showroom for options you may not find elsewhere, including LVP, tile, countertops, brick, and cabinets. This way, you have flexibility while still staying within your project budget.
Step 7: Construction Begins
Our skilled team starts transforming your space, keeping communication clear every step of the way so you always know what’s happening.
Step 8: Enjoy Your New Space
Once construction is complete, we do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets your expectations. Then it’s time to enjoy your beautiful, remodeled home.
