ABH Construction was founded by Licensed General Contractor Robert Anderson, who brings over 22 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Known for his integrity, quality workmanship, and clear communication, Robert has successfully completed thousands of projects and earned a reputation as a premier new home builder.
Robert works closely with engineers, craftsmen, suppliers, and design professionals to ensure each home is more than just a living space—it’s a place for lasting memories and a valuable investment. Starting as an apprentice, he gained hands-on experience across all trades, giving him deep industry knowledge. This foundation helps him lead his team effectively and maintain high standards that deliver exceptional results.

Robert Anderson, CEO
Robert, our CEO and founder, was born and raised in Caldwell County, NC, where he lives with his wife and two children. With a lifelong background in construction, he brings unmatched expertise, local insight, and a hands-on approach to every project. When he’s not on a job site or meeting with clients,
Robert is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys challenging himself in the gym. He also finds time to unwind on the golf course.
Michelle Anderson, Office Manager
Michelle, our Office Manager, was born and raised in Caldwell County and is a key driver of our company’s daily operations. With expertise in finance, client relationships, and overall office management, she plays a vital role in keeping the business organized and running smoothly.
As the wife of our CEO, Michelle is deeply invested in the success of ABH Construction. She is also a proud mom of two children and two dogs, a playful Goldendoodle and a loyal Cane Corso.
Dylan Cueto, COO
Dylan, our Operations Manager originally from Miami, spent six years leading his family’s construction business across South Florida and the Bahamas. With over a decade of construction experience, Dylan brings expertise and passion to every project he leads.
Now based in the mountains of North Carolina, he juggles job sites, fatherhood, three dogs, and a passion for music and homebuilding—never far from a blueprint or an Elton John track.
Kevin Caldwell, Customer Engagement Specialist
Kevin Caldwell is one of our trusted Client Engagement Specialists and has been with ABH Construction since day one. As a key part of our sales team, Kevin plays a vital role in guiding homeowners through the early stages of the custom home journey — from first conversations to big decisions.
Born and raised in Caldwell County, Kevin still calls it home, where he lives with his wife and their three children. His deep local roots and years of experience make him an invaluable part of every project we take on. Outside of work, you’ll often find him at the workbench, crafting beautiful rings by hand.
Heather Morris, Billing & Office Adminstrator
Heather Morris is our Billing and Office Administrator, keeping the financial and administrative side of ABH Construction running smoothly.
She lives in Caldwell County with her husband and two children, and in her spare time, she enjoys breeding Shih Tzus. Heather’s attention to detail and warm personality make her a valued part of our team.
Jessica Toney, Executive Assistant
Jessica Toney is the Executive Assistant at ABH, supporting daily operations with a sharp eye for detail and a get-it-done mindset. From scheduling meetings to coordinating projects, preparing for developmental initiatives, and assisting with payroll, she keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her kids, cheering them on in their extracurriculars, crocheting, watching football, and proudly saying, “Roll Tide.”
Mayce McCreery, Marketing Manager
Mayce McCreery is the Marketing Manager at ABH, where she leads brand strategy, creative content, and customer engagement. She plays a key role in shaping how ABH connects with future homeowners — sharing the stories, homes, and values that define the brand.
Outside of work, she enjoys driving fast cars and going on adventures with her border collie, Maverick.
Ethan Bean, Project Manager
Ethan Bean is one of our dedicated Project Managers at ABH Construction. Living in the North Carolina mountains, Ethan brings a passion for the outdoors and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship to every build.
When he’s not overseeing custom home projects, he enjoys hiking, snow sports, and spending quality time with his family. His grounded approach and love for the natural landscape help him guide clients through the building process with care and attention to detail.
Geoffrey McGough, Project Coordinator
Geoffrey McGough is a Project Coordinator at ABH, where he helps manage the day-to-day operations of custom home builds. He ensures each project stays on track with care, clarity, and a focus on craftsmanship, working to deliver a seamless and high-quality experience for every homeowner.
Originally from the Florida Keys, Geoffrey and his wife recently relocated to North Carolina and are enjoying the change of pace. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, kayaking, skiing, and exploring the outdoors.
