Planning & Design
With direction established, planning and design move forward with the support of our in-house designer. Floor plans are reviewed, customized, or created to fit your lifestyle—not a template. Having design expertise in-house allows changes to happen smoothly and efficiently, whether that means adjusting layouts, refining flow, or tailoring details so the home truly fits the way you live.
Pre-Construction
Before construction begins, all major decisions are finalized. Selections, pricing, schedules, and permits are confirmed so there are no rushed choices or avoidable surprises. This phase creates structure and clarity, allowing the build itself to move forward with confidence.
Construction
During construction, your project receives focused attention and hands-on management. ABH limits the number of homes built at one time so quality, craftsmanship, and communication remain the priority. You’ll know what’s happening, why it’s happening, and how each phase is progressing.
Final Walk-Through & Handover
As your home nears completion, we walk through every detail together. Final questions are addressed, finishing touches are completed, and the home is prepared for move-in. This step isn’t rushed—it’s about delivering a finished product that meets expectations and stands behind the work.
