We do not manage financing directly, but we can connect you with respected local lenders experienced in construction loans, including single-close options when available.

You work directly with your lender. We coordinate timelines as needed to keep your project moving forward smoothly.

Our primary build areas include the Charlotte region, with coverage across the north and west suburbs such as Huntersville, Mount Holly, Belmont, and Steele Creek. We also build in Concord, Kannapolis, Salisbury, and select areas of Monroe. Moving west, we serve communities stretching toward the foothills and mountains, including Marion, Black Mountain, and southern access to Boone, along with portions of the Winston-Salem market such as Clemmons.
